Lake LBJ and Port Aransas on this site are short-term. Long-term is a separate book — Austin, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Leander, Pflugerville, Georgetown, Lakeway, Dripping Springs, and nearby. Looking for a weekend on the lake or the island? That’s our vacation homes — a different book from a long-term Austin lease.
We only manage our own properties. TMAC is the owner — not a third-party management company. We don’t take on other landlords’ homes, and we can’t take a lease or a work order for a house that isn’t ours.
Inventory moves. This page is how we hear you: beds, budget, pets, move-in. Current tenants: send a maintenance request. We reply from team@tmacproperties.com.

Monthly payments
Rent is paid monthly through Baselane.
Once a lease is in place, monthly rent, deposits, and recurring charges run through Baselane — not Venmo, not a paper check. You can set autopay, see due dates, and keep a record of every payment.
New tenants: create your Baselane renter account (we’ll also send the official invite when the lease is ready). Returning tenants: log in to pay the current month.

Maintenance request
For a TMAC-owned home you’re already leasing. HVAC, plumbing, locks, appliances — send it here and it emails the owners. Emergency (no heat/AC in extreme weather, active leak, no access): mark it urgent and call or email if you don’t hear back quickly.
We only dispatch on properties we own. If this isn’t a TMAC house, we can’t take the ticket.
