Day 101
Arrive, unpack, walk the dock
Friday traffic from Austin is usually under an hour and a half. Check in at 3:00 pm. Coffee on the upper deck, then straight to the private boat dock — the lake is constant-level, so the water is where you left it. Grill, then Graham’s game room after dark.
Day 202
A full lake day — or a Hill Country loop
Swim, fish, or launch from the slip. Two lift spots at the house — one manual jet-ski lift and one electric lift. No boat? Ask us about concierge rentals that deliver to the dock on the water, or stay on the paddleboard, floating mat, and trampoline. Afternoon option: Marble Falls for lunch, then a winery loop 20–40 minutes out. Back for golden hour on the sunset deck.

Slow morning, Kingsland breakfast, checkout

“Our family really enjoyed Stay Beautiful! Being right on the lake was such a treat. I enjoyed coffee in the morning sitting on the deck enjoying the view, the kids (teens) loved swimming out to the trampoline and jumping in the lake, and it was so easy to put our kayak right in the water and paddle up and down the shore. Sunsets were gorgeous! We also really enjoyed playing pool and ping pong in the game room downstairs. There is something for everyone down there! Karaoke, PacMan, board games, and more. We'd also just stand in the hallway upstairs playing checkers. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and everything was very clean! I could even walk around barefoot (which is always my true test!). Thank you for a magical stay! Our family will never forget this vacation and we hope to be back soon.”
