Is Airbnb cheaper?
Usually not, all-in. Platforms add a guest service fee on top of the stay. Book here and that guest fee stays off your bill. If you find a lower all-in total for the same dates, screenshot it to us within 24 hours and we’ll match it.
What if something goes wrong?
We own every home. Email [email protected] — lockbox, HVAC, golf cart, spa, or a local question. After you book, the check-in kit includes how to reach us during the stay. We are not a ticket queue.
What happens after I pay?
Secure checkout, then a private pre-check-in link. Reservation details and a confirmation email land immediately after identity verification. Booked guests finish pre-check-in in that link. After you finish pre-check-in: access, Wi-Fi, parking, host contacts, and house notes unlock in your link (a host still reviews your upload). During the stay we stay reachable. Secure checkout is Hospitable, not a one-off form.

If Airbnb or VRBO shows a lower all-in total for the same home and dates, email a screenshot to [email protected] within 24 hours. We’ll match it.

We send a secure link for your stay. About eight minutes: confirm who’s coming, sign the rental agreement, and upload photo ID (plus auto insurance if the home includes a golf cart).

Finish pre-check-in, then unlock
After you finish pre-check-in, door code, Wi‑Fi, parking, host contacts, and the house guide unlock in the same link — before you travel. A host still reviews your upload.
