Port Aransas house with a private pool
A lot of Port A inventory is a condo with a shared complex pool. Both TMAC homes have their own: Pierce’s Paradise is heated and chilled; Dog Days of Summer is partially shaded with a putting green. That is the difference between “we might use the pool” and the crew living in it between beach runs.
Golf cart included — skip the $175/day rental desk
Golf carts are how Port Aransas actually moves. Each house includes a 6-seater with the stay, driven by a licensed adult. Beach, Horace Caldwell Pier, Tarpon Street, ice cream, back to the pool — no circling for a parking space on the north island.

Check in at 4:00 pm. The golf cart is included — about a $175/day value. Need a second cart for the group? Email team@tmacproperties.com and we’ll coordinate an additional cart for $175/day. Cool off in the private pool, then a first loop to the beach and dinner on the island. No parking hunt.
Day 202
Beach, pier, tacos, pool, repeat
The Port A week guests actually live: sand in the morning, Horace Caldwell Pier or the jetty, lunch in town, back to a private pool that isn’t a condo complex. Dog Days has the Crow’s Nest for sunset; Pierce’s has the chilled pool for the heat.
Day 303
Split the crew — or take both houses
Sleeps 10 at Pierce’s, 14 at Dog Days, 24 if you book both. Ferry to the mainland if you want a different shoreline. Checkout 10 — leave time for a last cart-to-coffee run.

Both homes welcome well-behaved dogs. The private pool and golf cart make a pet stay easier than a third-floor condo. Spacious for our big family, we loved the games, entertainment and had a blast on the golf cart. Private pool was our favorite and we enjoyed every second in the house. The beach was a short golf cart drive away, as well as restaurants, shops, etc. The heated pool (which was amazing at night as well as after being in the chilly Gulf), the golf cart, all the different games…just so many amenities that made our stay wonderful. We enjoyed the house so much that we decided to just chill there for the day versus another day at the beach. And they allowed pets so our two dogs could enjoy this getaway with us! Hope to stay here again!”
