How to spend a weekend on Lake LBJ
The version we’d send our own family: a private dock in Kingsland, Marble Falls when you want a restaurant, Horseshoe Bay when you want a view, and a spa when the lake day is done.

A full lake day — or a Hill Country loop
Swim, fish, or launch from the slip. Two lift spots at the house — one manual jet-ski lift and one electric lift. No boat? Afternoon option: Marble Falls for lunch, then a winery loop 20–40 minutes out. Back for golden hour on the sunset deck.

Slow morning, Kingsland breakfast, checkout
Checkout is 11:00 am. That still leaves a dock coffee and a last look at undeveloped water. Groceries and breakfast in Kingsland are minutes away if the house fridge is empty.
